Spices such as cayenne, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon and ginger, can warm our core body temperature.
Ingredients
- 500 ml almond/coconut milk
- 2 tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ginger
- pinch nutmeg
- pinch ground black pepper
- raw honey to sweeten
1. Gently warm milk in a small pot on the stove
2. Add spices and mix through for 1 minute
3. Add teaspoon of raw honey to sweeten
