Chocolate Gluten Free Cookies

10 cookies

Ingredients:
1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut work well)
1 pasture-raised egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
handful chopped nuts (almond or peanuts)
3 tablespoons cacao powder
3 tablespoons Maple syrup
Instructions:
Step #1: Preheat oven to 160oC
Step #2: Place all ingredients in food processor or blender and blend until batter is mixed together
Step #3: Using your hands form dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a non-stick silicon baking mat.
Step #4: Using a fork and press down to flatten each cookie ball until about ½-inch thick
Step #5: Bake for about 10 minutes
Step #6: Let cool before eating
