Nutritional Protocols

Nutritional Protocols consist of dietary advice, meal & lifestyle suggestions and recommended supplements.

1/ These are NOT to replace a detailed consultation, where individual advice is given based on your own medical history.
2/ They contain good, scientifically researched advice - rather than people turning to google and finding 100 different suggestions!
3/ They make nutritional advice more accessible and inform those who don't yet feel comfortable enough to come to a consultation.
If you are taking any prescribed or over-the-counter medications, OR are pregnant or breast-feeding, it is essential to check with your GP / nutritional therapist, before taking any supplements.
Take all supplements for 4 weeks. After this, it is advisable to see a nutritional therapist.
