Menopause

As ovarian estrogen production declines (age 45-55), the adrenal glands take over, producing small amounts of oestrogen which can help alleviate some menopausal symptoms.


The adrenals also produce stress hormones (cortisol & adrenaline), If you are overly stressed => they prioritize them at the expense of oestrogen and progesterone production

Supplements to support adrenal function include:
